The top layer of THINX underwear fights bacteria, and liquid is absorbed into the thin layer just beneath the top layer. THINX produces a diverse line of underwear for all types of periods, including Hip Huggers and Hi-Waists for heavier periods and Cheeky and Thong versions for lighter days.
